Which WordPress versions are supported?
Kreebi Forms requires WordPress 6.0 or higher. We test against every major WordPress release and aim to ship compatibility updates within 48 hours of a new WordPress version.
Will Kreebi Forms slow down my site?
No. Kreebi Forms loads assets only on pages where a form is actually rendered. The frontend JavaScript is under 8 KB gzipped and the CSS under 3 KB. No jQuery dependency is required.
Can I customise the form appearance?
Yes. Every form element outputs clean, semantic HTML with BEM-style CSS classes you can target. You can also use the built-in Style panel to adjust colours, fonts, spacing, and border radius without writing CSS. For advanced control, add a custom CSS class via the shortcode's class attribute.
Who owns the data collected through forms?
You do — 100%. All submission data is stored in your own WordPress database. Kreebi Forms does not transmit any data to our servers or any third-party service. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Can I migrate forms from another plugin?
Kreebi Forms Pro includes a one-click migration tool that imports forms and entries from Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, and Ninja Forms. Go to Kreebi Forms → Tools → Import and select the source plugin. Field mappings are handled automatically, but you can review and adjust them before finalising.
Does Kreebi Forms work on WordPress Multisite?
Yes. You can network-activate Kreebi Forms so it is available on every sub-site, or activate it on individual sites. Each sub-site maintains its own forms and submissions. The Pro version adds a network-level settings panel for shared defaults.
Is Kreebi Forms GDPR compliant?
Kreebi Forms provides the tools you need for GDPR compliance: optional consent checkboxes, IP anonymisation, configurable data retention with auto-deletion, and integration with the WordPress personal data exporter / eraser. However, full compliance ultimately depends on how you configure the plugin and your site's privacy policy.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
The free version includes unlimited forms, all core field types, email notifications, CSV export, spam protection, and the JSON definition API. Kreebi Forms Pro adds:

Does it work with caching plugins?
Yes. Because Kreebi Forms submits via AJAX by default, it works seamlessly with full-page caching plugins such as WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache, and LiteSpeed Cache. The nonce is refreshed automatically via a lightweight AJAX call to prevent stale-token errors on cached pages.
